Furniture:

Clean with a soft cloth and warm water, moving in the direction of the grain. Avoid chemical cleaning agents.

Use coasters for all drinking glasses and pot holders for any hot items.

Serving Boards:

Clean with a soft cloth, dish soap and warm water, moving in the direction of the grain. Avoid chemical cleaning agents. 

To clean dried up food, or a build up of food that might soak into the wood, use salt and lime. Wipe excess with a soft cloth and warm water.

Re-sand and re-oil when required.

Off The Mill Timberworks warrants to the original purchaser that for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase Off The Mill Timberworks will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of their finished furniture that is found to be defective in its workmanship. 

Warranty does not cover damage caused via misuse or natural wear & tear, including but not limited to, damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, abnormal heat, humidity, and moisture. 

As Off The Mill Timberworks primarily uses reclaimed and salvaged wood in its products Off The Mill Timberworks cannot provide warranty for any failures in the wood we use.
